Manufacturing defect (stitching, fabric, dye) under normal use and care conditions.
Bespoke pieces

Craftsmanship defect on pieces made to your dimensions.
Embroidery

If an embroidery thread comes loose, we redo the embroidery — for life, on presentation of the piece.
