What are the production lead times?+
Standard pieces are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Bespoke orders take 15 to 20 business days after the quote is confirmed.
Do you offer bespoke pieces?+
Yes. Dimensions, embroidery and initials can all be customised. Use our online quote configurator or contact us on WhatsApp for a free estimate.
How does delivery work?+
Two options are available: Standard (3 to 5 days) and Express (24 to 48 hours). We deliver across Morocco and internationally; fees are confirmed before payment.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Card payment is secured via Stripe. For bespoke orders, a 50% deposit may be requested when ordering.
How do I care for my linen?+
Wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, without bleach or fabric softener, and dry gently. See our detailed care guide to preserve the embroidery and the softness of the cotton.
Does VAT apply to my order?+
Private individuals residing in Morocco are exempt from VAT. A 20% VAT applies to professional and international orders.
