Pricing and orders
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams. The applicable amount is the one shown when the order is confirmed. Bespoke pieces are covered by a quote specifying dimensions, finish, lead time and price.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The order is only final once payment is confirmed, or once a cash-on-delivery payment is explicitly recorded where offered.
Delivery
Fees, carrier and estimated lead time are communicated before confirmation. International shipments may be subject to the destination country's customs formalities and taxes.
Withdrawal and returns
A return request may be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Personalised or bespoke pieces are only accepted back in case of defect or non-conformity.
Warranties
In case of a defective or non-conforming piece, contact us with your order reference and photographs. After review, a repair, replacement or refund may be offered depending on the situation.
